How did you hear about me? Do you know anyone that trains with me? If so, who?
Have you ever worked with a personal trainer before? If so, please tell me about your experiences:
In as much or as little detail as you like tell me about your ultimate fitness goals:
Currently what are your biggest obstacles or walls? (i.e. proper eating, working out, lack of energy/time, etc.)
Strength/Resistance training is important to changing the composition of your body. You also need strength training to become stronger, increase lean muscle tissue, speed up your metabolism to burn calories efficiently, burn more fat, lower risk of injury, strengthen your bones, boosts your self-esteem, improve your mood, and to just overall promotes a better quality of life. Will you commit to no less than 3 hours a week of resistance training with me?
Do you have any injuries or limitations that I should be aware of?
I want to help you understand what counts as “quality cardio” (heart rate elevated at a certain bpm and going until you hit a specific caloric burn), and I will teach you about how and where you can do it (i.e. your house, in the studio, or at a gym). I offer cardio only sessions in addition to strength training. Will you commit to an additional 4 hours a week of dedicated to cardio?
It's important to know that nutrition is 80% of your goal whether it's to lose weight or gain muscle. I have written a small 100+ page book with the help of my personal dietician outlining the science behind nutrition, proper eating, regulating hormone, controlling insulin spikes, lists of recommended foods, sodium intake, supplements, sample meal plans and information on food variety. In addition, I will help you step by step on how to eat and track the foods you like (no cliché, one-size-fits-all diet plans here) and hold you accountable. That being said will you invest the time into learning about the nutritional aspects of the program while adhering to what you learn?
Do you have any nutritional restrictions That I should be aware of?
We do regular measurements and weigh-ins every four weeks. This not only helps you see improvements but helps me hold you accountable while making changes to your program to help you move the right direction. Sometimes you’ll do well, but the times you make mistakes are part of the journey too. Follow everything I teach you and you WILL reach your goals. PLUS, I use state of the art, industry gold standard, medical-grade measurement instruments like the InBody 570. You’ll receive printed, total body reports on what is going on inside of YOUR body each month. No uncomfortable or Invasive skinfold tests. No inaccurate measurement tools relying on antiquated BMI measurements. Only the best for my clients. How does that sound?
Whether you are single, dating, or married I like to reiterate that even though you are the person inquiring about training that doesn’t mean that those around you are not involved in some way, shape, or form. We will be working with one another for some time. I will help you. I will guide you. I will hold you accountable. That being said I like to make sure that everyone I work with has a base of support to rely on. Whether it is family, a spouse, or even a roommate, we all need that extra support. Tell me about your living situation. Are you married? Dating? Single? Do you have external support? Is this program your choice or do you need permission prior to work with a professional to help you reach your goals?
Are you willing to invest (time, money, energy) into yourself to achieve the body of your dreams?
NOW is your time to shine! Tell me why you think you would be a good fit as a part of Dedicated 2 Fitness LLC?
On a scale of 1 to 10; 1 being "I want to eat whatever I want WHENEVER I want and damn the consequences" and 10 being "I'll drink a meat milkshake while covering myself in coconut oil if that's what it takes", how committed are you to reaching your fitness goals?
